What is my PIN number?

There isn’t a PIN for our payment portal. If you are being asked for one it is most likely because the software for the page that you are accessing wants to authenticate the page each time you access it and if your computer has stored an old page from when you accessed it previously it cannot authenticate the page.
Try to clear the cache and cookies on your browsers or try a different browser than you have used in the past and see if you are able to access the payment system that way.
