My account says my refund was already sent, but it isn’t in my account. What happened?

If you signed up for MyRefunds, you will get an email when your refund has been delivered. ?Your refund will be available to you within 1 to 2 business days of disbursement. If you did not sign up for My Refunds, a check will be mailed to you, which could take up to 10 business days.
