Course Description
This practical workshop guides participants through analyzing tasks for delegation, matching team members to task requirements, and creating a clear delegation plan. Participants gain hands-on experience developing their own delegation outline.
Intended Outcomes for the course
Upon successful completion of the course students should be able to:
Analyze tasks to determine delegation suitability
